By now it's almost November, but the weather had stayed so nice, we were still able to work outside some days.  Major work done during this period was cleaning rusted parts, fenders, etc. and applying rust killer paint such as POR-15.

We tipped the body on one side to apply POR-15.

We used POR-15 rust preventive primer on the under side of the body and on the inside, especially in hard to get to places.

I used a touch-up spayer because it was easier to get into tight places even though I had to refill the cup with paint often.

The rear axel almost ready to be installed.

John Fenske helped me with the rear axel.  One of the axel shafts was shot and John had a replacement for me.  All bearings and races were replaced with new.
