Alan installed the windshield hinge header.  If you have new wood in the header, this may take some fussing to get the hinge located just right.

Install rubber seal under flange and then gently tap flange down to grab seal.

Trim corners at a 45 degree angle and glue with super glue or contact cement.

Slide windshield onto windshield hinge (use a little grease to help it slide).  Install the visor and we're ready for top installation.

The first step is to install the chicken wire over the opening.  Al is using an electric stapler, but the staples still need to be driven in tight with a hammer.

Dave used a towel along the edge of the roof to prevent scratches.
